3.SALES AND RETURN POLICY

Terms of Sale
By placing an order using the Site, you are offering to purchase a product at the price specified in the electronic order form you completed (plus any delivery charges or other applicable charges payable by you). Elizabeth Bower will accept your offer only after confirmation of full payment for the Product.

All prices detailed in this site are in, and are payable in, Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. For international purchases the actual amount payable is calculated at the prevailing conversion rate, as determined by your credit card provider.

Product prices shown on the site exclude shipping and handling fees. You will be advised of any shipping and handling fees on the online order form when completing your online purchase. All purchases must be paid for in full and cleared before Elizabeth Bower will deliver the Product to you. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer and paypal, goods will not be sent until payment has cleared.

A confirmation email will be sent when payment is received with an estimated arrival time. If stock or materials are unavailable at the time of the order the customer will be contacted before payment is processed.

Customers are responsible for determining correct sizing information.

Refunds
-Elizabeth Bower is liable for any goods that are defect or faulty* as a result of poor manufacturing i.e., loose settings, stones incorrectly attached.

*This will be at the discretion of Elizabeth Bower 

- Faulty goods can be returned for a repair/replacement or full refund. Elizabeth Bower will not be liable for any damage caused by the failure of the Customer to maintain the Product properly. (See care instructions below for cleaning and maintenance.)

Returns
- Our photography philosophy is to ensure that each item is photographed with as much clarity and detail to enable you to make a good purchasing decision. Hence you will see that there are several views to each item to enable you to decide whether the piece is for you.
-Returns for 'change of mind' can be exchanged for alternative Elizabeth Bower goods. Returns must be received by Elizabeth Bower within 21 days of customer receiving the item.
- Please allow up to 14 days for Elizabeth Bower to process returns once received.
-Returns must be in original condition and packaging and include proof of purchase information. All items purchased on e-shopping will have a unique swing tag attached. This allows us to identify items purchased online to those purchased from stockists. These tags must not be removed prior to returning the goods. It is a condition of the sale/return that if the item has the tags removed any possibility of returning the item is void.
-Customers are responsible for postage costs on returns and all returning items must be insured. Elizabeth Bower will not be liable for lost uninsured returns.
-Goods within Australia must be received by Elizabeth Bower within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. It is recommended that the items be sent using Registered Post (Australia Post) to ensure the items are secure in transit.

4. SHIPPING
- National Orders incur a shipping charge of $12.00 and are sent using Australia Post (Registered Post).
- Elizabeth Bower will insure the item/s whilst in transit. Once the item has been received the goods are deemed your responsibility and insurance from Elizabeth Bower ceases.
- Goods will not be sent to 'PO Boxes' under any circumstances.
- International orders will be shipped via Australia Post
- International shipment prices will be confirmed on order.

5. DUTIES AND TAXES
GST/Tax does not apply to international orders. GST is approximately 11% of listed price. Please note, that the shipping charges do not include duties and taxes, these are incurred by the receiving client at the ultimate destination.

These duties and taxes differ from country to country. Please contact your customs agency for further details.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. Unless otherwise indicated, Elizabeth Bower owns or has licence to all intellectual property (including without limitation copyright, trade mark and designs) subsisting in the materials on the Site. Elizabeth Bower authorises you to reproduce and download the materials exclusively for non-commercial personal use in the intended manner. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, no part of this Site may be reproduced, reused, retransmitted, adapted, published, broadcast or distributed without Elizabeth Bower’s prior written permission.
2. All names, logos and trademarks on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as granting any rights to commercial use or distribute any names, logos or trademarks, without the express written agreement of the relevant owners.


7. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery:
- take care not to expose it to perfume, hairspray or harsh chemicals.
- Avoid placing excess strain on chains, neckpieces and bracelets.
- Elizabeth Bower rings are designed as dress rings and should be worn accordingly. Please avoid heavy-duty situations where knocking and damage may occur.

8. RING SIZING

Australia and Great Britain use an alphabetical system with size 'M- 0' being the most common sizes. While the USA uses a numbered system ranging from 1 - 13.

The most accurate way to measure your ring size is by a jeweller with a ring sizer.
